About Emily Evans

Emily Evans is an organizational development strategist with a background in cultural anthropology and a passion for innovation and sustainable peacebuilding. Having grown up in the US, the UK, and The Netherlands, her desire to connect across differences and bridge divisions in the midst of conflicting interests was nurtured from a young age. Over the past 10 years, she has dedicated herself to uncovering the root causes of complex social issues that prevent various communities from experiencing stability and peace. Though she finds herself constantly wading into the messiness of our increasingly polarized and ever-changing public and private spheres in her work and everyday life, she is a firm believer in the power of human resilience and compassion. She remains confident that creating spaces, practices, and technologies for cultivating collective empathy, accountability, and collaboration are our way through even the darkest days and most wicked problems.
