Clayton Christensen's ideas have long shaped the way I think about peacebuilding. I've thought about that again since his death two weeks ago. Here are my current thoughts.
Last weekend, I attended an annual conference for community college peacebuilding professors. Each year, I come away impressed by how much these faculty members are able to accomplish and shocked by how little attention we pay to these hidden gems in American higher education.
It is high time we think about peacebuilding as an infinite game, a concept that takes us far beyond win/win and other finite outcomes.
